THIRD SECTOR SUPPORT

Wether you’re at the ideas stage, stuck in a rut or have been winging it for too long, we’ve got your back!

Kinda like your third-sector fairy godmother, but with a raging sense of injustice and a serious spreadsheet addiction.

Running a social enterprise is exciting, sometimes overwhelming… and occasionally, a stress-fueled nightmare. I know, because I’ve been there.

I’ve spent the last ten years running both a business and a social enterprise, and I’ve weathered more than my fair share of shitstorms. Navigating Brexit, surviving a pandemic, just to tumble arse first into a cost of living crisis… but we’re still standing. And now, we want to help you navigate the storms of social entrepreneurship too.

I’ve rebuilt the organisation from the ground up (more than once), learned to make tough calls, made plenty of mistakes, and figured out (often the hard way) what actually works when things get rough.

I don’t do shiny, corporate consultancy. I offer real-world advice as someone who’s been through it (and is still in it). I bring the lessons, missteps, strategies and scrappy workarounds I’ve picked up along the way to help you problem-solve, tap into your resilience, and carve out a more hopeful path forward.

As a neurodivergent founder, I’ve had to navigate burnout, overwhelm and an endless spin of plates, but being riddled with ADHD also means I think differently. I thrive in chaos, I’m calm in a crisis, I spot issues early and I come up with creative solutions fast. So whether you’re just getting started, stuck in the middle, or ready to rip it up and start again, I’m here to help you find clarity and take action.
