My job? Help you make sense of it all. 

I've had experience in the retail sector for over 25 years, starting on the shop floor and working my way through pretty much every role going from; sales assistant to Area Development Manager to Regional sales Manager. I’ve led store teams, opened new locations, closed them down, handled liquidations, dealt with franchises, and navigated the highs and lows of HR (yes, even the really weird and wild bits).

I’ve worked with launch teams, managed messy transitions, and helped keep things moving when the wheels looked like they might come off. Basically, if it happens in retail, I’ve probably done it (or fixed it).

I work with brands, shops, and retail teams to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and what just needs to be quietly shown the door.

Maybe your store layout’s a wee bit confusing, your team’s lost its spark, or your customer journey feels more like a treasure hunt (with no treasure). I can dig into all the bits; front of house, back of house, online, offline and give you honest, practical advice on how to make retail actually work again.

We offer discounts for social enterprises, neurodivergent individuals, and we can create a bespoke package for anyone that needs regular, ongoing support. All prices include VAT, so there’s no nasty surprises!

£100 per hour / £300 half day / £500 full day
